Lumut...

It has been a while since my last visit here. I remembered the last time I was here for an IP change exercise that need to be done in HATL. I think it's nearly 1 year back. After sometimes, here I am again. Lumut is still the same. Nothing changes. Oh yes... the trip to lLumut basicallly is to attend a meeting regarding DNS configuration meeting with the army.

After settled the MOHnet (again...) in Sg Buloh, we headed straight to Lumut after having a short lunch in Ketapang. Reach Orient Star Lumut around 8 pm. There was a chaos when we tried to check in. There are 4 of us and the company already booked 3 rooms. Suddenly the front desk informed us that they have made a mistake which their reservation have made an over booked. Means what?!! Suddenly we don't have a room..!!! Okay.. We calm down a bit and let the front desk guy to sort this out. Hmm.. I'm starting to get furious. Thanks to all the lads who made all those lawak bodoh to calm ourselves down (just imagine after a long journey suddenly you don't have a room that you have already booked..).

After a while, there was an Indian lady (I think she's the supervisor for the nite shift..) came to sort the problem out. She informed us that the hotel management agreed to replace our 3 super deluxe room to 1 suite and 1 super deluxe room with an extra bed. And 1 more thing, we need to pay RM70 for the extra bed. What the *&^%...!!!! We totally did not agreed with the new arrangement since it was not our mistake at the first place. They are the one who should be blamed. After 5 minutes arguing about the additional charges, finally they agreed that the hotel would not charge us a single cents for the additional bed. Hehehehehe............

Up we go to the suite. We've decided that 1 will go to the super deluxe room and the other 3 will go to the suite.

Guess what..!!! The 3 of us felt like it was great that the hotel had made a mistake resulting we lost 1 of our super deluxe room and ended in this tremendous suite. Hahahahahaha..........

Well... that's what happened here in Lumut and tomorrow at 8.30 am, we gonna attend the meeting. So early maaaa... I don't think I can stay up for the Liverpool game tonite. Infact, huarrghhhhhhh.... I'm sleepy and ZZzzzzzzz........
