Sg Petani & Alor Setar...

It has been 2 days I'm in an outstation trip to Sg Petani and Alor Setar. First day trip to up north, I have a quick stop at Hosp Sg Petani to do the MOHnet line migration. It was a successful exercise without having any problem. Took us around half an hour to complete our work. Introduced to Mr Azli, HOD of IT Department. He's a nice chap. Know lots of things about network. Basically he shared the same idea with us on how to integrate the system and increasing and maximize the utilization of IT especially network equipment without jeopardizing the performance.

Finished in Sg Petani, we straight move to further up north to our next destination, Alor Setar. Settle down in Star City Hotel Alor Setar as usual. Planned to continue our exercise on MOHnet and eSPKB exercise the next day.

Since hospital IT personal, Me Sallehan has been waiting for us, all the necessaries arrangement to bring down the services was done without any problem. We started our exercise sharp at 3pm. Completed the task around 5 pm. Longer time required since there are some settings that have not been done yet by other parties at Putrajaya. Finally after couple of hours waiting, got a call from them saying that their site is okay. Ask for an assistance from SSU team, Mr MUin and Liza to test their internet connectivity. Tested okay.

Mission to up north completed. Day 3 will be just a travelling day for the team back to KL. Next, need to prepare for trip to Sabah scheduled next week for the same exercise. Fuhhhhh.........!!!

Heard in the news that Pak Lah has annouce the 'Pembubaran Parlimen'. Well, election is just around the corner. Will all these MOHnet exercise going to be put on hold? Hmm.... Hoping for it to happen.. Tak larat dah... Need a short break...
